Include the garage and pool house in the capture brief. Request a Site Plan for the pool, patio, driveway, and building relationships. Exterior building dimensions and other outdoor annotations are confirmed as an additional scope.
Report the main home, garage, and detached spaces separately, with the applicable finished, unfinished, and excluded area classifications. For a 3,600 sq. ft. home, confirm the complete capture scope before booking.

Starting prices cover one property or small local site in the primary service area. Standalone iGUIDE is $325 for up to 2,500 billable sq. ft.; the $550 residential listing bundle includes photos, iGUIDE, and drone stills, with a $600 package ceiling after size review. Video is separate. Add drone stills to an existing ground capture visit for $100 per visit ($200 per month for a two-visit construction agreement). Flights remain subject to eligibility, weather, site authorization, and required airspace approvals. Aerial images document visible conditions; they are not a roof inspection, survey, thermal assessment, or certified mapping product.
